Account terms
Our account terms page sets out the rules you accept at registration. This privacy page picks up where it stops, describing the records those rules create and how long they stay.
This page sets out what we collect when you open an account with us, which records stay on your profile, and how you can ask us to correct...
We apply one policy to every account you open with play 777, then adjust small parts of it where local law permits. The categories of data we hold stay the same, while how long we keep a payment record can differ between supported regions. Where you deposit through JazzCash or Easypaisa, we keep the transaction reference and the mobile number linked to
it so our team can trace a missing credit. Where you use SadaPay or Raast, we keep the bank-side reference instead. We do not publish a separate policy per city, per language or per device. If a rule in your region asks for something this page does not describe, we tell you in writing before your account goes live. You may ask
which version applied on the day you registered and we will send it to you.
Service availability is jurisdiction-dependent. Users are responsible for checking local law before access.
When something about your stored data is unclear, one team follows it from start to finish. The privacy desk sits with our support staff, so a chat about a payment reference or a deletion request does not get passed around between departments. Bring your account email or the mobile number you registered with and we can open the right file straight away.
Open the chat panel in your account area and ask for the privacy desk. We confirm your identity, then answer questions about stored records, linked payment numbers and deletion requests.
Write to our privacy mailbox from the address on your profile so we can match the request to your account. We send a written answer, usually within a few working days.
Handle the routine parts yourself in settings. You can update your contact number, change marketing choices, download a copy of your profile data or ask us to close the account.
We would rather show how records are handled than describe it in broad strokes. The points below cover the practices our team follows every working day, from who can open a file...
A small team inside play 777 holds the keys to account records, so access stays traceable. Each person is listed against the area they may open, and rights are removed when roles change.
Every page you load on play777.fyi travels over an encrypted connection, including the payment step. We never ask for your JazzCash or Easypaisa PIN, and staff will not request it.
We keep a timestamped record of staff logins into account systems. If a request looks unusual, the log shows who opened a file, when, and which ticket number justified it.
New team members complete a data-handling briefing before they touch account records, and it repeats each year. Case questions go to the privacy lead rather than a public channel.
When we change how records are handled, we post a dated summary here and message you inside the account. You never have to hunt through settings to find out what moved.
Older versions of this policy stay on file. If you need to know what applied when you registered, ask the privacy desk and we will send that exact wording, dated.
This page shares its structure with the other policy pages on play777.fyi so the wording stays consistent wherever you read. Account terms, cookie settings, verification and payment help all carry the same...
Our account terms page sets out the rules you accept at registration. This privacy page picks up where it stops, describing the records those rules create and how long they stay.
The cookie panel lists the small files we store in your browser and how to switch non-essential ones off. This page explains why we keep them and what they remember.
Our verification page covers when we ask for a document. Here we explain what happens to the copy afterwards, who can open it, and when active storage drops it.
Payment help pages cover timing and failed transfers. This page deals with the trail behind them: the reference numbers from JazzCash, Easypaisa, SadaPay or Raast that sit on your profile.
If you escalate a complaint, one case file carries both the payment thread and the data questions, so nothing gets split between two teams, two replies and two timelines.
Lobby rules describe how games and tables run. Your play history is a separate record, and this page tells you how long it stays and how to ask for a copy.
Each sibling page carries its own dated change log. When one moves, the others move in the same week so you never read two versions of one sentence.
We build this page to be read, not skimmed past. Every section keeps to one idea, headings stay short, and anything region-specific is written next to...
Every block on this page carries a short heading, so you can jump straight to the part about payment records, deletion or staff access without reading the rest of the page.
Where a rule differs between supported regions, we flag it in the paragraph itself, so the wording you read matches the market your account actually sits in.
Your payment rails sit in a chip row near the top, so you can see at a glance which ones this policy speaks about: JazzCash, Easypaisa, SadaPay, NayaPay and Raast.
Long rules break into cards with one point each. Every card keeps a plain name and description, so scanning a section takes seconds on a phone screen.
The question block near the foot collects the privacy points we are asked most, written as short answers you can read in one sitting rather than a wall of clauses.
A date sits at the foot of this page. When something changes, the stamp moves and the summary just above it says what was added or removed.
